Sandpines Golf Pass – Rules and Regulations
The Golf Pass is non-transferable and non-refundable. Pass Holders neglecting the R&R’s may have golf
privileges suspended. Sandpines reserves the right to close the golf course due to weather conditions at any time.
Electric Golf Carts:
- If you purchase a combined green fee and cart plan, it is for a single seat in a shared cart.
- If you request to be a single rider, i.e., not share a cart, there will be an additional charge each time.
- Golf carts will be signed out no more than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled tee time.
- Players must pair up in carts: 1 cart max for twosomes, 2 cart max for threesomes and foursomes.
- No more than two people per golf cart.
- Golf Carts are restricted to the parking lot, practice range, and golf course.
- Operators must be 18+ years and have a valid driver’s license.
- Golf Carts must always stay on the cart paths where available and stay 30 feet from greens.
- Golf Carts are operated at risk of operator. The Pass Holder will be responsible for the cost of repairing any damage to carts or the golf course resulting from improper operation.
Personal Carts and Trail fees:
- Annual Pass Holders can own a personal cart and pay a trail fee.
- Personal carts must be approved by management before use on the course.
- The Pass Holder must live close enough to drive their cart to the golf course. No trailering in.
- Carts must be electric, in good working condition and appearance and no more than 10 years old.
- Although pairing up is encouraged it is not required when playing in a group.
Dress Code:
- Golf Attire is preferred but not required. Tee shirts, jeans, cargo pants, and shorts are accepted.
- No tank tops, swimwear, or sweatpants.
Food & Beverage:
- All beverages and food must be purchased from Sandpines. No outside alcohol or food permitted.
Pace of Play:
- The first group of the day cannot tee off the second nine until 1.5 hours after the tee time.
- The expected pace of play for 18 holes is 4 hours and not to exceed 4.5 hours.
Tee Times:
- Pass Holders must check in with the Golf Shop staff before playing.
- Tee times can be booked one week in advance and only 3 times can be booked at any time.
- From May 1st through September 30th, the first tee time available for Pass Holders will be an hour after the first posted tee time. Pass Holders can move to an earlier tee time if one is available the day of play.
Tee Time Cancellations & No-Show Policy:
- Pass Holders are responsible for managing the number of players booked in their tee time. Any changes must be made to the Golf Shop no later than 24 hours before the scheduled tee time.
- Pass Holders who no-show for a tee time will receive a warning. After the first warning,
- Sandpines reserves the right to charge the Pass Holder a $100 No-Show Fee. Multiple no-shows may result in the suspension of golf privileges.
Violation of these Rules and Regulations may result in suspension of golf privileges.
